Update on Divya Funeral Fund

Thanks to generous donors, GWTCS received $3636.00 and we've paid the cremation expenses of $1131.65 for the Late Mrs. Divya Mandanapu.

GWTCS donated the remaining amount of $2514.35 towards the Tsunami Victims Fund.

 

An Appeal for Donation

To Cover The Funeral Cost of

Late Mrs. Divya Mandanapu.

 

A young Indian woman named Mrs. Divya Mandanapu age 28yrs was allegedly murdered and cut to pieces by her own husband about two weeks ago. The couple has been living in Ashburn, Loudon County in Virginia. The couple hail from Andhra Pradesh state in India.

The mortal remains of Mrs. Divya Mandanapu are in the Loudon county morgue and her killer husband Mr. Praveen Mandanapu, age 33 is in police custody. Loudon County Sheriff is asking expenses to cover the funeral cost and also to cover the cost of sending the ashes to her parents in Vijayawada, AP, India.

This is an unwarranted tragedy that sucked the life of this young lady in an alien land. We appeal to the members of our Indian community to contribute money to cover these funeral expenses.
